Quick answers to the most common questions about Vizually.AI.
Vizually.AI offers a free tier with full canvas, cards, connectors, and basic AI features. Premium plans add LLM-powered AI, advanced analytics, and unlimited team members.
Vizually.AI is a web application and requires an internet connection. However, canvas data is cached locally so you can view your last-opened canvas while briefly offline.
Vizually.AI is optimized for up to 200 cards per canvas. For larger projects, we recommend splitting across multiple canvases within the same project.
Basic AI features (card generation from text, auto-layout, dependency detection) work without an API key using the built-in rule engine. Advanced features (Command Bar AI commands, smart analysis) require a Together.AI API key configured by your admin.
Currently, the best way to import is to use Text to Project — paste your task list and the AI parses text, CSV-style lists, and bullet points into cards on the canvas. Native import integrations are on the roadmap.
When multiple team members open the same canvas, all changes sync instantly. You see live cursors and presence indicators for each person. Conflicts are resolved automatically.
Vizually.AI works best in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Safari is supported but may have minor rendering differences. We recommend Chrome for the best experience.
Yes! Press Ctrl+Z to undo and Ctrl+Y to redo. Vizually.AI supports multi-level undo for card creation, movement, deletion, and status changes.
Templates are pre-built canvas configurations with zones, cards, and connectors. Apply one to any project canvas and it populates instantly. All elements are fully editable afterward.
Vizually.AI uses Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) for data storage, which provides global edge distribution for fast access worldwide. Data is encrypted at rest.
The AI copilot can generate cards from text, analyze project health, detect dependencies, auto-layout your canvas, and smart-assign tasks. It also supports spatial reasoning — ask it to move, align, or reposition cards using natural language commands like "align all blocked cards" or "move this near the timeline".
