Click the Kanban button in the canvas toolbar, or use the Command Bar (Cmd+K)

Cards flow into columns: To Do, In Progress, In Review, Done, Blocked

Toggle swimlanes to group cards by zone or assignee

Cards are sorted by priority within each column

Click any card tile to select it on the canvas

The Kanban Lens is a read-only view — changes are made on the canvas

Use it alongside status filters for focused sprint reviews

Priority sorting puts critical and high items at the top of each column
