Click the Resource button in the canvas toolbar, or search "resource" in the Command Bar (Cmd+K)

Each team member gets a card showing their active, review, and completed task counts

A load bar visualizes capacity: green (normal), yellow (high), red (overloaded)

Expand a person’s card to see their full task list with statuses

Workload dots also appear on individual cards showing each assignee’s load

Use the Resource Lens before sprint planning to balance assignments

The lens auto-updates as you change card assignments on the canvas
