Adding Cards to the Canvas

Cards are the building blocks — tasks, milestones, initiatives, and more.

Step-by-Step Guide

Press C or use the +Create dropdown in the NavBar

Click anywhere on the canvas to place the card

Enter a title, choose a type (task, milestone, initiative, risk, decision, document, note), and set priority

Click Create — your card appears on the canvas with status, priority, assignee, due date, and progress fields

Click any card to open the side panel for full editing

Cards can be dragged to reposition them anywhere on the canvas

Use color to visually encode card importance or team ownership
