Share projects with team members, or export canvas data for presentations.

Step-by-Step Guide

Invite: Go to Projects → select project → click Members → invite by email

Share link: Copy the project URL from the address bar and send it

Export: Click Export in the canvas toolbar for downloadable reports and summaries

Snapshot: Open the Command Bar (Cmd+K) → Analyze Health → Snapshot for a point-in-time project summary

Viewers can see the canvas but cannot make changes — perfect for client reviews

Snapshots are great for weekly status emails

Exported data includes all cards, statuses, and dependencies
